I love the scent of Lavender. It is so relaxing and can reduce tension headaches and migraines within a few minutes. It is one of my favorite of the oils. Maybe because it can be used for so many things!

My current project using our lavender essential oil is making sugar scrubs for Easter baskets! Just mix a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil with a drop or two of purple food coloring, 5 drops of lavender oil and add a cup of sugar. Mix them together and store in an airtight container. Great to use on hands, feet, or any other areas with rough skin.
