I found these to be great, whether I was taking a walk through the local nature trail, hitting the treadmill on a cold winter morning or even just to listen to while cleaning house. The earbuds come with several fittings included, so you can find the set that fits your ears the best.
Plus, you can monitor your heart rate and get coaching pointers as you work out! You download an app and you can use the data it collects to see how productive your session was, how far you walked, etc. This is great information to look back on or tweak your exercise plan.
This is good for phone calls or music too. It’s wireless so you don’t have to bother with that long, annoying cord flopping around. Just be sure to charge it often, especially if you’re using them every day. Don’t worry though, a full charge gives you 5 hours of talk/music time!
