Free Journal Notebook for February 2018
Journal Notebook for February 2018Do you keep a journal or planner? I have tried so many different planners and journals only to give up. This year, I am keeping it simple. I am hoping that by combining my daily journaling and my personal calendar; I will be able to keep up with both and not be as frustrated as I was last year. January worked pretty good, so this month I am sharing my journal notebook with you. Maybe it will help someone else with their frustrations.
Inside the journal notebook, there is a calendar for the month as well as a page to list the most important things you would like to get done…before next month!
Also included is a weekly calendar and daily journal sheets with a question to get you thinking. For fun, there is a list of challenge words to use that fit the current month.
I also added a review page for each day. I use it as my mind dump. If you journal in the morning, then you might use the page as a follow up for the day before and make notes to move things to the current day or reschedule for later in the month. If you are like me, if I don’t reschedule or at least reassign on the new due date, the task will be long forgotten.
I like to write in the morning after my bible study and prayer. It is the calmest time in my day and when I can look at the schedule for today (and the rest of the week).
Then at bedtime, or after things are settled around the house, I will look over the day and make notes in my review page. Usually this is filled with things that I think of that need to be scheduled during my morning journal time or a place that I can write notes to myself about the day.
If I need to pray for someone, I add it to my weekly list and I put a note on a day within the next week to follow up with that person.
I think you get the idea. Please feel free to use the journal notebook in any way that works and makes life a little easier.
Each month I will be sharing a free Journal Notebook for the month.
