The real exercise in using the Kazzo Fitness Exercise Ball  is the process of getting it pumped up. Once it is ready to use, you can get a real workout on it.

The Kazzo Fitness Exercise Ball is a heavy duty exercise ball. It’s thick, sturdy and will support your weight when working out. It is made out of a high quality PVC plastic.

There is a manual foot air pump included in the packaging. It is easy to use, but be prepared for a workout while inflating. I would suggest an electric pump or a trip to the corner gas station for the first inflation. The directions suggest increasing the air after a couple of days the first time you use it. I would imagine it would stretch a little and take a couple of days to settle in. There doesn’t seem to be any leakage and we have enjoyed using it as an addition to our daily exercise plan.

It gets used everyday by several of us. One of our review team is expecting and she is the one that sits on it most of the day. She says that it really relieves her lower back stress.

Of course the little ones think it is an amazing toy and love chasing it all over the back yard. Overall, this is a heavy duty, high quality exercise ball.
