Koyto Sports Yoga Socks {Review}
Yoga classes are coming back around in popularity and my daughter has been trying to learn the moves while building her core muscles. She has really struggled with balance and slipping on her little mat. The offer to review these socks came at the perfect time.
The set includes both full toe and toe less socks. One size fits most and since we have large feet I was glad that they fit my daughter and her size 11 feet.
Most injuries occur because of slipping. Being made from 82% cotton, 12% polyamide and 6% spandex, they hug your feet but allow for ease of movement. The PVC dots are eco-friendly and grip the floor but do not hurt to walk on.
According to my teen, they are super comfortable and allow her to get off her mat so she is more secure in her moves. They wash well and do not show signs of wearing even with daily use. We do not dry them in the dryer. We hang them on a rack mainly because we are on the top end of the sizing chart for fit.
I think these would be great for those that travel and like to take in a class or two on the road. They are small enough to slip in your bag without adding bulk or weight. Having your own gear makes working out while traveling harder to skip. No excuses!
If you are new to yoga, these socks would be extremely helpful. Even the veteran would appreciate the quality and comfortable of these Koyto Sports Yoga Socks. And if you give up yoga, they make awesome house slippers.
