A Taste Test
Chips are my “stress candy”…my go to for comfort food. Well, in all honesty there are many items that fall into the comfort food group but chips are the easiest to grab when stress eating!
Lay's currently has three new chips out on a test run. They are asking fans to vote for their favorite. We decided to give them a spin during our Sunday family dinner.
Here are the new flavors:
Item #1 Lays Chicken & Waffles
These smelled like syrup! Vote was they were too sweet to eat as regular chips with a meal, but great for breakfast (teen vote) or late night snack! Didn't taste the “chicken” in them at all.
Item #2 Lays Cheesy Garlic Bread
These smelled like their name! The taste was right on target for the name.
Item #3 Lays Sriracha
These were SPICY! Just opening the bag resulted in comments from some of the crew about the smell of peppers!

I think the Lays Cheesy Garlic Bread should win because they sound like the best tasting of all three! I love Lay’s chips the classic is my favorite!
Cheesy Garlic Bread for sure, the others sound ‘bleh’.
The only ones I might even think about trying are the Lays Cheesy Garlic Bread && even with the thought of trying those it makes me kinda scared!
Mmmm I love Sriracha!
I have been afraid to try these. I saw the commercial and thought they sounded a bit strange. I will not be trying the Siracha ones as I do not like anything terribly spicy. The Garlic bread ones sound good though!

Honestly, the only one I really would be interested trying would be the garlic bread. Other than that, I don’t see how these flavors could have won. LOL

I think I would like the cheesy garlic bread ones as well, these are such interesting flavors.
Hmmm, those are so very different flavors! Not too sure about the waffles one, but the Cheesy Garlic would be my pick!

Chips are my weakness. I can pass on sweets, but chips pull me in, lol. I have seen the new flavors but was holding off on trying waiting to see what others thought, I will check them out, especially the spicy ones!
