Little Wing Beauty Alcohol Free Skin Toner
User error or product lacking, but not all cleansers, in fact most of them, do not clean my face as completely as needed the first time. Just look at the towel after you wash your face..how can there still be makeup on the towel?
This is where toners come into your cleansing routine. Toners are used to remove any makeup and dirt after you can cleaned your face with a cleanser. Using a toner will help to soften the skin and clean off any soap residue that was not dissolved by rinsing, along with any remaining makeup left on your face.
