Mary’s Gone Crackers
Few businesses have had a truer name than Mary’s Gone Crackers. When you hear how she made an estimated 30,000 gluten free crackers, then you’ll see the irony and realize that it fits this home grown business perfectly. Sparked as a response to pre-meal snacking and her newly discovered celiac disease, Mary Waldner embraced a gluten free lifestyle that left her feeling energetic and without the pain that had controlled her for so many years. A booming business in “conscious eating” blossomed all because she was hungry.
It all started with a simple whole grain cracker she baked from a combination of brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and sesame seeds. Her new snack crackers slowly transformed into an entire gluten free recipe library. Gluten free desserts, breakfast, and other snacks were created from her love of food and battle with celiac disease. Now, gluten free doesn’t mean all you have to eat is cardboard and vegetables. It can be quite delicious.
Mary’s Gone Crackers takes care of the lack of more nutritious, gluten free products in many grocery stores. Finally, consumers can grab a quick snack that won’t leave them feeling miserable or guilty for indulging. Who can really argue with an organic, gluten free, non-GMO, whole grain, vegan, and kosher product?
Featuring crackers, cookies, and pretzels, Mary’s Gone Crackers isn’t lacking in flavor options. You can find Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chipotle Tomato Pretzels, and even Vanilla MiNiS Cookies. They’re perfect for party trays, school lunches, or to nibble on when there’s no other gluten free options around. If you’re looking for gluten free options for your health or just want a more nutritious snack, then consider going crackers with Mary’s products!

I totally love the name. I don’t much follow a gluten free diet but I have tried some various brands. I do find they are starting to taste better.
