If you’re like me, you almost always have a cup of coffee in your hand or on your desk. And don’t get me wrong, I love coffee, whether it’s instant or in a French press or in a fancy espresso machine. But sometimes, that caffeine boost can make it hard to sit still and concentrate.
As an alternative, I am trying a matcha green tea powder extract. It’s made from green tea and broken down into a powder to make it easy to dissolve. And it’s not just for brewing or mixing into a drink. You can also bake with it (love it in tiramisu), brew it as a latte, add it to salad dressings or pump up your smoothie!
For me, I like feeling the extra energy without the down swing as it leaves my system. Plus, I didn’t notice that I was shaking my foot or bouncing my knee like I do with coffee sometimes. And it’s filled with antioxidants which our bodies need anyway. Not to mention it’s organic, gluten-free, and vegan!
The packaging also says it can increase your metabolism and help burn more calories if consumed 15-30 minutes before you begin working out.
So if you’re looking for an alternative to coffee, but can’t afford to lose the extra energy it provides, try this Matcha Green Tea Powder Extract from Amazon!
