Are you getting more comfortable using your Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker? Have you started converting your favorite slow cooker or oven recipes over to Instant Pot recipes? I really hope these monthly menu plans are helping you as much as they are me. Meal planning could not be easier! As you know, each month we will be preparing and sharing our Instant Pot Meal Plan of recipes that are easy to make and taste delicious.

If you missed the February, March, or April Menu Planners, you can still grab it them.

Meal Planning seems to be one of those jobs that either you love it or hate it. Now you won't have to worry about planning at least the entree which should save stress and time for you. This month we are sharing recipes that are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free with just a few changes. I hope you enjoy these recipes and find a couple of new family favorites among them.

    There are a whole month of recipes to choose and my mouth won’t stop drooling, although I just ate lunch. I want to try the Instant Pot White Bean Parmesan Spinach Soup first. It looks healthy and high in Fiber. The Instant Pot French Toast Casserole also looks like a winner with the coconut milk and a different way to make a bread pudding.

      Thanks for asking. We are creating a month of meals using our Air Fryer. Personally I use ours for wings, ribs, chicken, and sweet potato fries. Still trying other recipes so we can get the monthly menu plan created.

      Almost all of these can be swapped to the slow cooker and cooked for 4-6 hours on high and 8-10 on low. You may need a little more liquid but not a problem to use slow cooker.

    I hate cooking I mean really hate cooking but it’s something that has to be done so after a friend’s recommendation I purchased an instant pot thing and found your recipes. Let’s just say that I love my instant pot and your recipes now I can actually make meals that are good and not burnt. Thank you so much for your recipes!
