No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients
• 1 Cup Oats (dry)
• 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 Cup Carrington Farms Flax Chia Blend
• 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
• 1/3 Cup Honey
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients until they are well blended.
Refrigerate mixture for at least a half an hour then form into 1 inch balls with a melon scoop.
Keep refrigerated.
Note: These can also be made into bars, but because they are no bakes and remain a little sticky, the ball shape works better at keeping them easy to eat.
