NutriGold Healthy Glucose Gold {Review}
Do you have trouble with sugar, starches and other carbs? I do sometimes; it depends on a lot of things like quantity, stress level, other ailments, etc but I do notice that it happens. In my search for a natural supplement (instead of asking the doctor for a prescription), I’ve come across NutriGold Healthy Glucose Gold.
Benefits of Healthy Glucose GOLD™
Helps support healthy glucose balance
Helps reduce the glycemic index of ingested foods
Helps improve insulin sensitivity
Helps block starch digestion and absorption
Helps block table sugar digestion and absorption
Helps enhance glucose uptake into cells and insulin efficiency
Helps control and curb sugar cravings
Helps maintain pancreatic health and sufficiency
Helps maintain capillary integrity, venous tone, and overall circulatory health
This supplement contains 5 main ingredients which the company says are supposed to help in different areas of the body’s process in handling sugar/starches:
- ZyChrome® (as Chromium dinicocysteinate)
- Organic Insea2 Brown Seaweed Complex
- DiosVein Bioflavonoids Complex
- Bitter Melon Extract
- Organic Gymnema Extract
Each one of these has a different function or purpose within the supplement itself. From helping how our bodies absorb and digest sugars and carbs to controlling sugar cravings. The suggested directions say to take 1 capsule 30 minutes after a meal, twice a day. Of course, you should consult your doctor before starting any new vitamin or supplement to make sure it won’t interfere with any other medicines you’re currently taking.
NutriGold has an extensive line of health products and I’ve used a few of them before so I was pleased to find this product in their lineup. I haven’t been taking it along enough to report results (6-8 weeks minimum) but I’ll report back with any updates!
You can learn more about the NutriGold Healthy Glucose Gold on their website.
