NutriGold Omega-3 Fish Oil {Review}
Lately, my family is on a health/vitamin kick! I guess it makes sense as it’s still early in the new year, right? Right now, we’re trying the NutriGold Omega-3 Fish Oil, in our search for a fish oil supplement that doesn’t have a gross after taste.

I know that expecting mothers should take fish oil with Omega-3 during pregnancy, especially early on, because the DHA helps with brain development. I didn’t know that both healthy people as well as those with cardiac issues should also take it to help with several health conditions, such as:
- Lower blood pressure
- Reduce triglycerides
- Slow the development of plaque in the arteries
- Reduce the chance of abnormal heart rhythm
- Reduce the likelihood of heart attack and stroke
- Lessen the chance of sudden cardiac death in people with heart disease
The last time I took a fish oil pill, I just remember being so grossed out with the after taste and the burps that went along with it. They were enough to make me stop taking them! Keeping them in the freezer definitely helped!
I know many folks that have allergies or dietary restrictions, and I don’t normally think about having to check out the vitamins you take. But the NutriGold Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels are free from artificial ingredients, colors, flavors, Milk, Lactose, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Starch, Peanuts, Soy, or Shellfish.
These softgels look pretty large, but when I compared them to other ones I had on hand, they were just a different shape. Plus, I could take fewer of these because they had more of the “good stuff” in them!
Amazon carries these NutriGold Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels.
