We are trying the NutriGold Women’s Multi GOLD for a couple of months to see if my levels will increase. I personally have absorption issues and needed to take a different approach from swallowing a large solid pill.

I haven’t been taking them long enough to give a thumbs up but I do find them easy to take, they do not upset my system or make me jumpy. 

Note: They do come with a really short shelf life date stamp. But if you take them according to the directions, you will not have a problem. I would not purchase them to stockpile based on the short “use by” date.
