NutriGold Women’s Multi Vitamins {Review}
We are trying the NutriGold Women’s Multi GOLD for a couple of months to see if my levels will increase. I personally have absorption issues and needed to take a different approach from swallowing a large solid pill.
This product is a Whole-Food Multivitamin Supplement. It combines the best nutrients concentrated from certified organic fruits, vegetables and herbs using a patent-pending process AND ActivFood nutrients cultured in nutritional yeast
Of course being Non GMO, with no fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, preservatives, Stearates, Sulfates, Laurates, and Dioxides moves them up my list of products to support.
According to the product information, this product supports your body from head to toe through:
– Cognitive Function – Folate, B6, B12, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Organic Annatto Extract, Organic Lemon Extract
– Hair and Skin Health – Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Folate, Biotin, Vitamin C. Vitamin E, Copper, Iron, Selenium, Zinc, Organic Amla Extract, Organic Annatto Extract, Organic Lemon Extract
– Energy – Vitamins B1, B2, Niacin, B5, B6, Biotin, B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Zinc, Organic Amla Extract, Organic Annatto Extract, Organic Guava Leaf Extract, Organic Holy Basil Extract

– Menstrual / Prenatal Health – Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Folate, Copper, Iodine, Iron, and others
– Immune Function – Beta-carotene (and other carotenoids), Vitamin C, and others
I haven’t been taking them long enough to give a thumbs up but I do find them easy to take, they do not upset my system or make me jumpy.
Note: They do come with a really short shelf life date stamp. But if you take them according to the directions, you will not have a problem. I would not purchase them to stockpile based on the short “use by” date.
Give them a try. They do have a guarantee if you don’t like them. You can purchase these NutriGold Women’s Multi Vitamins on Amazon at a great price. They even have free shipping for those with prime accounts.
