Ozeri 8” Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

 

I am sure you have heard that having the right tools is half the job. This also applies to cooking. I love to cook and spend a good amount of time each week making things for my crew.

That said, I do not like having to clean up burnt on, baked on messes that are left on most cookware. Solution? Ozeri’s Green Earth Nonstick Frying Pan!

 

This little gem comes on several sizes but I was recently given the opportunity to review their 8” Green Earth frying pan. Short review?  LOVE IT!!

I like that NOTHING sticks to it! Cleaning it is as simple as rinsing and drying.

Wonder how this pan works?

Sounds great right? I will say that I have tried to put this pan through the paces. I have cooked eggs, sandwiches, French toast and even toasted nuts and went so far as to melt a slice of cheese in it. Everything just wiped off!

The one thing to remember is like any other non-stick pan you need to stay away from using the canned cooking spray. Ozeri mentions this in the instruction packet, but it is important enough that I wanted to mention it again. The canned cooking sprays will ruin your non-stick surfaces.  A few drops of oil or a little butter is all you need…
