Packing Cubes Make Traveling Easier
It seems like there are months that I travel all the time and keeping my clothing neatly packed and wrinkle free used to be a big challenge. Who wants to have to press their clothes or send them out at the hotel? Not me!
I started using packing cubes last summer and honestly, I can't imagine traveling without them. I laugh now at how easy they are to use compared to all the things I have tried over the years.
My favorite set is from Florious Living. The set includes 3 nice size bags for everything from your suit coat or dress down to the little accessories that get jumbled together when packed in a baggie.
The large bag measures (17.5″ x 12.75″ x 3.25″) and is large enough to hold a suit jacket and skirt, a couple of sweaters, or three pairs of slacks or jeans. I can pack an entire day of clothing in the large bag.
The medium bag measures (13.75″ x 9.75″ x 3″) and is a nice size to hold a couple of dress shirts or slacks.
And the small bag measures (11″ x 6.75″ x 3″) and is great for your hosiery, socks, foundation garment, and hair care supplies.
I like keeping things organized. When the children head off to camp each summer, I always packed their clothing by day in a large baggie. There packing cubes serve the same purpose. Hello? What took me so long to get on the band wagon?
This set is bright green and black in color. They seem to be well made and can hold a good amount of items. The set also included a bonus laundry bag which is nice to keep soiled clothing from getting mixed in or causing clean clothing to smell worn.
Overall, I am happy with my set of packing cubes. This set is one of the nicer set bags and will make traveling easier for a long time. I am very organized when packing for a trip. That is likely why I end up packing too much and wearing less than half of what I brought with me. I like these bags and I know I would do better with them. I hope! lol
