Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bakes

Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bakes

If you are a peanut butter and chocolate fan, this is one cookie you will want to make these peanut butter chocolate no bakes over and over again. Once our girls learned to make these on their own, we always have a batch of one flavor or another in the cookie storage container on the counter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa (4 Tbls)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • Foil or Parchment paper

Directions:

  • In a large stock pot, bring sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil
  • Once boiling, stir constantly for three minutes and remove from heat
  • Quickly stir in vanilla and oatmeal
  • Drop bite size bites by scoop or spoon on foil or parchment to cool (They will harden as they cool)

One note:
Be careful when you add the vanilla as the mixture will bubble up before settling down
