Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

This super easy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip is not one to keep around the house. Not that you wouldn't want to always have it available, but when you need a peanut butter and chocolate fix…

This is awesome! The combination of peanut butter with cookie dough makes eating just about anything special! Just kidding about putting it on anything.. but it ROCKS crackers and fruit slices.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk)
1.5 cups Peanut butter cups, chopped (or 8oz mini peanut butter cups)

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

Directions:

~ In a medium pan on medium heat, start melting the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and continue to stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved (maybe a minute or two at most). Remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Set aside to cool. Mixture needs to be completely cooled before combining with rest of ingredients.

~ In a large bowl or counter mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter t until smother and creamy. Make sure to mix until sugar is incorporated well – at least 4 minutes!

~ Reduce speed to low and slowly add the brown sugar mixture.

~ Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped or mini peanut butter cups. Place in refrigerator for at least an hour to set up.

~ Serve with pretzels, graham crackers or sliced fruit.

Note:
This can be made ahead a couple of days and stored in airtight container in refrigerator.

This looks absolutely delicious for the kids and adults in our family, we all like peanut butter, cookie dough, chocolate and pretzels! I’ll bet this tastes a lot like chubby hubby ice cream with the addition of the peanut butter. I’m going to have to try this. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Oh my goodness ! This peanut butter cookie dough dip looks absolutely delicious. I have never heard of anything like this. I would like to try it! I think this would be great for parties, because most of the dips that I do are either for crackers or vegetables. This would add a little ZING to the party. Thanks for the recipe !

Who doesn’t love peanut butter and cookie dough? This would be a great treat to take to a family event, or even a picnic this summer. My son isn’t a fan of peanut butter, but I could probably make a batch without as well. Sounds delish!
