We all know that warming up and cooling down after a workout is important. However, most of us do not properly warm up and even fewer of us cool down after working out. I know that I am bad about both and usually end up with sore muscles that keep me from wanting to do it all again tomorrow.

We recently were asked to review the Premium Foam Roller by QualiProducts. This roller is larger than I thought it would be and is really solid. Several of us have been using it to stretch out before and after working out. The girls have enjoyed finding ways to incorporate it into their work outs.

I use the roller to relax my back and legs at the end of the day. Rolling my upper back over the unit has helped pop my back which relieves the pain and stiffness.
