Review: doTERRA Deep Blue Roll On

This month I was excited to receive the Deep Blue Roll On in my monthly package to review. With active teens, someone is always suffering from sore muscles. The girls have been learning all about handball at PE classes twice a week. They also bowl in a league once a week but I am not sure which sport gives them more of a challenge….

We have used the Deep Blue Roll On for shoulder pains, calf cramps and a strangely sore muscle that I didn’t even know I had (from moving furniture)!

Personally, I love the scent! The girls are not a scent cheerleader but find it comforting. I found just rolling the applicator back and forth over the sore area helpful and calming to the painful area. It doesn't get sticky or leave a film on your skin.

I found that it helped to relieve the stiffness and pain in the applied area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that suffers from sore muscles.
