Review: Simply Snackin
Recently, my family was asked to review a wonderful product known as Simply Snackin. The company offers a variety of lean sirloin and chicken breasts jerky, flavored with many fruits, spices, and herbs! Our family has often made our own jerky, sometimes going the more spicy path such as with a lot of garlic and red pepper flakes, but sometimes the kids want the sweeter teriyaki style. This company offers the best of both worlds, and in convenient packaging.
I love the “grab and go” style of this jerky. Instead of the large bulky bags they sell at the store, you can grab one or a handful and toss them in the cooler, backpack or even Mom’s purse! The kids also liked being able to see the spices and fruit right through the clear window on front and on the back side. We tried all the flavors and while we enjoyed all of them in some fashion, I think the Simply Snackin Chicken Breast with Black Bean Salsa was the winner!! It had the great hint of smoke followed with a wonderfully mild but slow heat from the salsa that you’d expect.
Now my family doesn’t follow the Gluten Free lifestyle, but we know plenty of folks that do. And Simply Snackin offers several great choices for Gluten Free living. Finally, as a mom of a busy family, I love that I can give my loved ones a choice in a lean, high protein, and delicious variety for everyone to enjoy, from the young guy who always wants a snack to my husband who needs to keep his energy level up to chase the kids.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I loe the idea of chicken jerky – I am removing beef and pork from my diet altogether so this fits right in.
Delicious stuff.
Wonder if they are going to start selling it in any local stores?
