Review: Tie by Puccini

Does your man wear a tie? Does he struggle to find ties that fit him properly? I honestly hadn’t thought about a tie fitting properly. I have to admit I previously purchased ties based on color and design. I never gave it much thought for fit and comfort.

My husband shops at the Men’s Big and Tall store. He needs a longer than average tie if it is to fall at the proper place. Add that he loves ties and you will quickly understand why I was excited to receive a tie from Bows-N-Ties for us to review. They offer ties for all the men in your life.

My first impression of the tie was that it was long! It arrived wrapped in white tissue paper and was in a sleeve to keep it from getting creased. The color was vivid! Upon removal of the sleeve, I found that this was the softest tie I had ever felt. It felt like silk but is actually made from a microfiber fabric that mimics the look and feel of silk but is stain resistant and wrinkle free.

While watching my husband put on the tie, he commented on how nice it handled being tied and that it fell exactly where it should.

Several people commented on his tie while we were at church services. They didn’t believe that it wasn’t an expensive tie. Once home, the tie was hung up and the wrinkles fell right out! Just this fact alone would encourage me to purchase this line. Having to iron or take ties to the dry cleaners is not something that I want to do very often.
