The Roger Love Singing Academy Review

I grew up singing to the radio, while in the shower and in small group choirs. I LOVE to sing! Way back in my younger days I even made a couple recordings.

But like most things if you do not keep using the skill the level tends to fall away. Now I just sing to myself in the car and at worship services. My favorite singing is of course to my grandbabies when they need snuggles for nap time. It makes my heart smile when the little ones start humming back to me while I am rocking them.

Recently I was asked to review the Roger Love Singing Academy. This is an online course that not only will help you to improve your skills but is geared to start with the basic music reading teaching for those that are confused at all the symbols on the page.

And while I would agree that there is nothing better than to having face-to-face lessons with a teacher, this program steps in when that is not possible. Not to mention that having the opportunity to study under such a professional would be out of the question for most of our budgets.  Until now!

Roger explains everything very clearly, and it’s hard not to enjoy his humor and honest love for music. Even with the training and experiences I have had, I learned so many things in just the first few lessons that I have applied and can “hear” the difference already.

There is no doubt that Roger knows what he is teaching. His resume of artists that he has worked with is over the top impressive! Once you get settled in, you will feel that he is talking to you as if you were sitting together in a live class. Secret? I found myself answering him a couple of times during my lessons!

The singing academy course runs for ten (10) weeks. Each session has a lesson and instructional videos that you will work on for the week. I appreciated the help included in the videos that covered how to do vocal warm-ups, explaining the technique to get more out of my range or quality, and even suggestions on how to overcome fear of singing in public.

I would recommend this course for everyone! So whether you are an experienced singer or just an aspiring one, you will find that the lessons and exercises in this course will help you to improve your singing skill.
