With the holidays in full swing, watching calorie intake and put a damper on being able to enjoy all the sweets and treats being passed around. What would you say if I showed you a way to reduce the calories without compromising the flavor? Yeah my reaction too… YIPEE!!

While I have tried Splenda, I dont bake with it. I am older and have went back to regular sugars when I do eat them. I like the thought of saving calories though.

Being diabetic I use Splenda as my go to for a sugar substitute. I love the recipes!
