Skyline® Chili Dip

Skyline Chili Dip

If you're from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, or if you have visited here, then you know the dish I'm about to tell you about; Skyline Chili Dip! The delicious “Cincinnati” style chili over smooth cream cheese and topped with melted cheddar cheese, all hot and bubbly from the oven! And it pairs so well with…well…anything you can dip in it! Crackers, bread, french fries, your spoon!

Skyline® Chili Dip

Ingredients:
1 can of Skyline® Chili (or other canned Chili of your choice)
1 pkg of cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
2 cups shredded cheese
1 Bag of chips to use with dip

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread cream cheese in an 8 inch round dish.
Pour Skyline® over cream cheese.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with chips.

We received a can of Skyline Chili in a wedding guest welcome bag once. Wish I had this recipe then!
