If you grew up in the days of Saturday morning cowboy shows and country western songs you will love this show. I think I saw my hubster doing a little jig when this show was listed on our itinerary! He quickly pointed out that the Sons of the Pioneers were the first vinyl record his mom bought way back in the day!

The Sons of the Pioneers have been singing for over 75 years. Their music symbolizes the American West. The lyrics are so vivid that you can almost see the beautiful landscapes in their songs. The American Cowboy stood for what was good and valued in this country. Some of the songs that I remember were Tumbling Tumbleweed and Ghost Riders in the Sky. The hubster knew and sang along with the entire concert! LOL I never knew he was a cowboy at heart!

If your travel plans bring you to Branson make sure to stop in for a little toe tapping and a little of the old west to warm your heart.  Until then, you can read all about more about them and the awards they have earned. Also make sure to connect with them on Facebook.

I would like to thank the Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau, US Family Guide, and all the participating merchants for this trip. It was an amazing trip!

My parents went to Branson a few year ago, and said all the shows were definitely worth the trip. I can’t wait to go!
