Summer Parties Made Easy

Summer Parties Made Easy

Summer Parties Made Easy

What better way to celebrate after a summer work day than with a party? And, even better, a party with all kinds of awesome candy? Yeah, my group thought it was pretty cool too! Let me show you how your summer parties are made easy with Celebration by Frey™ candy.

So I'm blessed to be apart of a group of ladies that get together to help each other on whatever projects might be coming up. Sometimes, we work on preparing materials for a local community function, decorating for a baby shower, or putting together craft materials for a teacher's classroom. Usually, those ladies with younger children bring them along as well, so it's not uncommon to have a number of kids playing underfoot while the ladies chat and work on projects.

Summer Parties Made Easy

And what better way to celebrate another season together than one of our summer parties? So after our latest get together, we set up a fun candy buffet using products from Celebration by Frey™ candies.  We had so many types of candies and different colors to choose from, the ideas were plentiful!

We were working with gumballs, candy crumbles, Sixlets®, and other sweet selections in beautiful colors and finishes. The ladies and I (along with a few of the older kids) got to work setting up our party table before sitting back to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Summer Parties Made Easy

This was a fun and simple way to use two different colors of the Sixlets candy. We made candy bark by melting two bags of white vanilla flavored candy discs in the microwave on half power until they were fully melted. Then you pour the melted candy into a parchment paper lined pan and spread into an even layer. Quickly, press the candy of your choice lightly into the melted candy and allow it to set until fully hardened. Hint: Speed up the process by sticking in the freezer for about 10 minutes!

Summer Parties Made Easy

And these were plain ice cream cones we prepared ahead of time by dipping the rim of the cones into chocolate, then gently pressing into the different colored candy crumbles! They were ready for their frozen treat topping in no time.

We also had a few chocolate cupcakes that we topped with different patterns of Sixlets®, Pearls, and googly eye candy for the kids. They were delighted with personalized cupcakes for each of them.

Summer Parties Made Easy

See how beautiful and delicious it looked? And to make it more than just a sugar rush, we also added other treats such as finger sandwiches, vegetables & dip, cold fruit juice, etc.

I must say that any of your summer parties would definitely be made easy and delicious by using any or all of the Celebration by Frey™ products. There are always a ton of colors, flavors, shapes and more, so that you can customize them to fit into any decoration or occasion. They are available at Walmart, Target, Party City and Michaels!
