Flowers, while certainly beautiful to look at; have never been my first choice when sending a gift to someone. In fact, about the only time I ever sent flowers was when a family member of a friend had passed away. Sad..I know.. but let me tell you what has changed my mind.

The Bouqs Co is an online florist that provides the most amazing flower arrangements.  So impressive that I have used them four times in the last 60 days! Yeah.. I know!

I like that their products can be delivered as soon as the following day and that the price includes shipping. But what makes them really special is that if there is a problem..THEY ARE ON IT!! One of my orders was delivered during a cold snowy day; and the stems were frozen solid. Now the product was wrapped securely and was not left on my door; in fact, I had to sign for it. But, when I opened the box I discovered the last third of the stems were frozen solid.

I took a picture and contacted the company via their customer support email. The response was immediate. I received credit in my account for my purchase and had another set of flowers delivered the following day. Now sure I could have been upset that I didn’t have the flowers on the day I had planned, but having ordered flowers before I know to have them arrive a couple of days before the event to allow time for them to open and blossom.

Did I mention that I had ordered a double bouquet? Yeah, they replaced the entire order. I feel this speaks well of the type of company The Bouqs strives to be for their customers.
