Nourish Essential Oils -Updated

Nourish Essential Oils

The Nourish Essential Oil {Giveaway}

I've always wanted to learn more about the “essential oil frenzy” that I hear about all the time. TheNourish.com offered me a great opportunity to do just that! You can read my review about TheNourish.com and the dōTERRA oils for more information.

UPDATE: Now that we have been using the oils for several months I have learned several things including:

They work as described if used properly. I say this because I missed the part about not placing the drops directly on my skin. Yep, I applied one of the oils on all along my hairline and along the back of my neck because of a massive headache.

Ummm, within in minutes I developed blisters! Major burns on my face and neck!

So the next time I needed to use these….I placed a drop in a teaspoon of grape seed oil before applying. THAT WAS THE TICKET!!

Now we use oils daily and always remember to use a carrier oil if applying directly to the skin.

    They offer webinars to learn all about the oils, I’d love to try the coconut oil first!
