I love weekend trips..well, I love most short trips and especially those with short notice. Blogging has opened several travel opportunities for us and most do come up with short notice to prepare. 

However, being one that likes to be prepared, I have a secret to share. I keep my basic travel bag ready at all times. My suitcase has a small bag with hair and bath products, another has basic let’s say, foundational items and another is ready to have the shoes I am taking slipped in and sealed.
