I have been eyeing maxi dresses for the last couple of years but have not bought one. One reason was due to pregnancy and the 2nd was due to nursing. With the last two Summers having temps in the high 80’s and low 90’s for weeks at a time, a maxi dress will be a great addition to my wardrobe.
My kids love going swimming and I am always unsure of what to wear to the pool. I plan on wearing my new maxi dress as a quick cover-up and fashionable piece all in one. I really love the length of this dress as it grazes the tops of my feet. It will be great with flip-flops or sandals.

I love the color of this maxi dress! It was just as I expected it to be. I think it goes nicely with my blue eyes. I am all about easy to wash and care for as I am a mom of 4 very active kids. I do not have time to own items that require special care. This dress is very comfortable although a little more revealing than my normal wardrobe. It seems strange that I type that being a mother who isn’t afraid to nurse in public. The fit truly is fantastic so be sure to measure yourself and go with the size that fits your biggest part. That’s how I chose my size and it was spot on!
If you do not feel comfortable wearing a halter with low neckline in public it could always double as a nightgown or casual lounge dress for around the house.
As for my dress, I added a crew neck tshirt under it and had no problem wearing it out while running errands.
