With so many of us using our smartphone to help keep track of our steps, sleep patterns and other health factors, I was delighted that the scale lets me import my weight, water weight, etc into the app on my phone. And it stores data for 8 people, so everyone in the house can use it!

I like the easy to read digital face so I can clearly read the numbers first thing in the morning! And the app for your phone is easy to use too. You simply take a photo of the scale generated QR code and the details are imported into the app on your phone. It doesn’t get much easier to keep track of your progress; I found this to come in handy when I go to the doctor’s office so I can show an accurate history of my weight changes.

You don’t have to worry about turning it on and off either, and draining the battery as it does it automatically when you step on it, and it turns off after a few seconds when you step off.
