Winter is here but you wouldn’t know it here in Northern Kentucky. We have been hitting record highs but the cold weather will be here soon. I’m lucky to be able to park in a garage so that helps me out. I always make sure my tires are at all full pressure and I have at least a half tank of gas in case I get stuck and have to wait for help.

This is a great giveaway! Many drivers don’t have the necessities in their vehicles. The battery jumper cables are must for every vehicle, but all something as simple as a rain poncho can very useful too!

We keep a bag of kitty litter or sand in the truck of the car in winter. It helps weigh down the back for better traction and when we get stuck, we can just sprinkle some down under the wheels to get a better grip. Works pretty good.
