WolVol F16 Fighter Jet Toy {Review}
If I thought my little one loved his WolVol Airplane, he is over the moon for the F16 Military Jet! It’s loud, like…really loud, and it has really cool flashing lights. My boy has started flying with the passenger plane in one hand, and the fighter jet in the other. And they fly super heroes and families all over the planet.
Boy do I need some headphones when he fires these babies up! But hey, he's beyond thrilled and is using his imagination to play, so it's definitely worth all the noise. And lights, did I mention the LED lights? LOL I just love hearing his discussions with the pilots and ground control as they “travel” together. My only complaint about this toy is several of the “tail wing” pieces don't stay in very well. I'm thinking about using some super glue to hold them in place. Otherwise, it seems to be holding up well under the loving attention of my toddler/preschooler. And his father too.
Some of the features of this toy include:
- Bump and Go Action, runs on smooth surfaces and flies (manually) in the hand just as well!
- It will change directions and run when it bumps into something when it's on the floor
- LED lights are bright and flashing!
The jet is a pretty decent weight at almost a pound, but the body fits very well in my son's hand. It runs on 3 AA batteries which are not included – but last forever!
The batteries in this jet seem to never die! And while this is good considering the prices of batteries, it would be great if there was a volume control or a way to run the lights without the musical soundtrack. Mom had to slip some tape over the speaker during refueling time, no lie.
