Bloggy Moms April Blog Dare

Day Three

Confused

This month the Bloggy Moms were given a Blog Dare. Each day we receive a lead in phrase to the article for the group. Come along with me as I try to keep pace with the Bloggy Moms Blog Dare challenge.

When the truth finally came out… I was sad. Without sharing too many details, just to say that I knew what I knew but didn't have any proof. Ever been there?

We tell our children all the time that when Mom asks you about something… Even if it is something that happened a long time ago…..SHE ALREADY KNOWS THE ANSWER !!!

Being right doesn't always mean that you came out on top. Being right sometimes means you just have more experience in a certain area and the other person chose to not accept your guidance.

Being right is sometimes sad because you understand what being wrong will cost the others involved. It’s one thing to say they got what was coming to them by their choices and actions and another thing to really wish that on someone.

We all do things that are wrong. Scriptures tell us that no one is without sin but that we should strive to live a perfect life.

For me…I try to remember the saying “But for the Grace of God”… It is only through His Grace and Mercy that I do not get what I deserve. I praise God daily for His forgiveness and guidance in my life.

So the next time you find that you are right… in a bad situation…remember that saying “I told you so” doesn't help and only makes the pain deeper for those involved. Try being uplifting and encouraging instead…a little love and compassion goes a long way to repairing relationships.
