CollageIt Software Review
Lately I have been trying to refine my photography skills to not only improve the pictures posted on my blog but as part of a way to use some of the hundreds of pictures we all take on our phones. Having to download to my computer, then edit and upload to a local printer or online source has been a little daunting for my skill set.
Not anymore! I was given the opportunity to review a creative software that would take me from raw photo to finished product in just a few clicks. Really? I am all for that! Welcome to CollageIt!
CollageIt was created by PearlMountain Soft. This software allows you to create collage creations by simply picking photos and placing them in the template. All you have to do is pick the template (from many different styles), select and add your photos by dragging them to the CollageIt box. Like magic the software will place the photos in a pattern based on your template selection. If you are not sure about the layout, simply shuffle the photos or change the template until you get pattern that meets your preference.
Additionally, you can change the set-up, background color, spacing between pictures, rotate the pictures, add text and boarders just to mention a few of options. It is really just as easy as 1,2,3!
The best thing about this software is that with just a click, my creation is posted to online our photo album, send via E-mail, or post on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Flikr!
This is such a neat program! I have thrilled with this software, in fact several of my children have begun using it and they love it as well.
As you can see from the above collages, creating collages is quick and simple.
Oh and get this…. the best part is that you can download it FREE from the App Store!
Available on the App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/my/app/collageit-free/id575442281?mt=8
While this App is optimized for iPhone 5, it is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 4.3 or later.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above to review using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally or believe will be good for my readers.
This is really neat. I want to get this and do a collage of the kids.
This does look easy! I may have to spend some time playing around with holiday pictures.
i would like this because i take up to 400 pic of the stuff i win and things every month
I think my step daughter would really enjoy using Collage It. Her birthday is coming up, I should work on a birthday collage for her!
