Is It Lip Gloss or Eye Color
Here is the setting… Hilton Hotel while attending the 2013 Titus 2:1 Conference in DC this weekend. Early Friday morning I am getting dressed, fixing my hair and putting on my face at oh dark thirty when I reach in my bag for my lip color.
After applying the lip color, I continued on getting ready….. but my lips felt funny. They tasted funny – sort of chalky and well…ugh!
Going back to finish up and apply gloss to the lip color I noticed my lips had a powdery light to them.
Upon further investigation, I discovered I had applied Liquid Eye Color to my lips instead of Liquid Lip Color! WHAT???
Look at the bottles – Do you think they are so different as to be able to tell? The labels are clear with faint gold lettering.
The next morning, I told my roommate what I had done… and she laughed at me! Making sure to apply the correct tube of color, my sweet roomie asked me if my lips were supposed to be glittering.. WHAT?? Did I grab the wrong bottle again?
Nope..I was safe. However, all three tubes were tossed in the trash can!
LOL! That is a funny story.
I can easily see why the confusion about the products, they look so much alike. I do not wear much makeup but I always add lip gloss. At lest it makes for a funny story.
What a cute idea. I am not a make up person but having this all in one may make me want to try it

LoL !I hontestly would do somthing like that. After seeing the picture,it would easy for me to do.it would be very hard to tell
Yay! one thing I have learned is that I have to read the label first before putting on it. ^_^

That’s right! I forgot about ditching my black shoes because they wouldn’t fit in my suitcase. LOL… I did stop at Walmart and picked up a smaller roller bag for $7. Glad I did..as my suitcase weighed 35 lbs on the way up and the combined 2 bags totaled 62 on the way home.
