1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms Mango Protein Plus Smoothie mix (you can also use fresh fruit this really makes it easy!)
1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavor – I like the vanilla with honey)
1/2 cup juice of choice (any type I like to use orange juice with this smoothie)
Optional: Splenda, honey or sweetener if desired
Place all the items in your blender or smoothie machine and let it rip! It really doesn’t get any easier. Enjoy!
