Our Favorite Healthy Lasagna Recipes
Did you know that there was a National Lasagna Day? Don’t feel bad, I didn’t either. I am not surprised as there seems to be a day for just about everything and well, since lasagna is one of our favorite foods – bring it on!
We have been playing with (that just doesn’t sound quite right) recipes. In our search for new ways to make family favorites as well as ways to make healthier choices in the foods we love, we have been swapping out ingredients with what I would say mostly successful dishes. Yeah, there is that occasional dish that is a flop (at least visually) but even those taste good.
