Workouts On Demand {Review}
Happy 2014! It’s official. It’s time to focus on eating well and exercising regularly to reverse the effects of the holiday treats and eats. Workouts On Demand is the answer to the seasonal blahs and post holiday snacks.
While many people think exercising regularly means a gym membership and gym instructor are necessary to encourage and maintain pace; that is not the case. You can save time and money exercising at home with Workouts On Demand where you can download workout videos right in the comfort of your own home. Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
You can stream or download workout classes on your computer, which saves the time and money of getting to the gym and means a more comfortable environment where you can get your move on without worrying about how quickly you pick up the instructions.
One exercise video, Dancers Workout, combines ballet, yoga, and Pilates and is designed to strengthen and tone your body as well as build flexibility and burn body fat. There are all sorts of different classes: Body Sculpting, Killer Abs, and more. There are also modifications for different fitness levels.
All you need to do is register an account, try one of the 210 workout videos. There are a ton of dance/exercise styles, intensity levels, and body specific workouts. We have laughed and had a blast using the classes. With all of us exercising, we had a lot of fun trying not to knock into each other or other things in the living room! We have really enjoyed the workouts right in our living room, and I enjoyed one less commute to get them to a class.
Try this free workout and then visit Workouts On Demand to see all they have to offer!
I received one month trial of this product using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
