500 Calories a Day = One Pound a Week

Now that you are exercising more and watching what you eat…the next step is to understand how you actually lose weight.  Increasing your activity level just a little and cutting 500 calories a day from your daily calorie intake will on average show you at least a one pound drop in weight each week!

    I am loving this, although I havn’t lost any weight yet,and that is only due to my not smoking anymore.. but I am hoping to put this together and start working for me come march 😉 Thanks @tisonlyme143

    i try to think of every piece of bread/muffin or handful of crackers is 100 calories…eliminate them & sweetened drinks and I have nailed the 500!
