Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
I think this is one of my favorite smoothie flavors. The combination of the mixed berries packs a flavor punch that covers any protein powders that I opt to toss in.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms Berry Boost
1/2 banana
1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavor – I like the vanilla with honey)
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (any type – I like the frozen mixed berries)
Optional: Splenda, honey or sweetener if desired
Also you can add a scoop (or 2) of your favorite protein powder and make this into a meal replacement shake.
Directions:
Place all the items in your blender or smoothie machine and let it rip! It really doesn’t get any easier. Enjoy!
